Who are we to tell you
We are Carina and Shona, sisters-in-law who share a love of helping women regain their power in a world where the diet industry have made us slaves to diet plans that reduce our wallet size but not our waist size.
We focus on what you can eat rather than what you need to restrict; how to feel amazing in a way that you can sustain rather than a yo-yo approach or constantly being ‘on’ or ‘off’ that bandwagon.

A bit about us
Our ethos is – Keep it simple, Keep it natural and work smart with your food not hard. This is the foundation of our programs.
My love of health and helping women started when I was Nursing in London in the 90’s. From there I went on to train as a Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist, Herbalist and in many natural therapies including Iridology, Reiki Master and Reflexology.
My passion has always been Women’s health and Gut health. I have helped thousands of women to regain control over their weight, health and lives over the years.
I’ve suffered with my own health and weight issues through life, from IBS and hormone issues from a young age; to a serious neck injury spanning 10 years, Fibromyalgia and then diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer in 2020 during the pandemic. It has been a lot but the one thing that helped me with all of these has been eating the way that suits my body.
As far as dieting goes I started my diet journey with the Jenny Craig in the 80’s and seemed to be on yet another diet every year from spring onwards, yet never happy with my weight. I’m a G type in the Breaking Fads programs and I’m so happy that I love food now and maintain a stable healthy weight without trying.
I have always felt that by empowering with education and using the power of what we eat to nourish and support your body, you can help find your balance. Food is a powerful healer when you know what to do

I implemented a few basic nutrition changes myself and quickly started to feel some improvements and never looked back! I was medication free within 6 months and have been in remission for 15 years now.
I hit 30 years old and decided to turn my love of nutrition from a hobby into a career. I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist in order to help other women with their health and wellness.
Recently I have become a mum to my little boy, Toby, so I understand what it’s like to put your family’s wellbeing ahead of your own. I’m a GP type and I followed the plan to regain my pre-pregnancy figure and have never felt better!
